A very tired home with a very busy family made for the perfect opportunity to turn the page on their next exciting chapter; chock full of new upgrades and updates.

These clients came to us requesting help with design planning for their Main Floor renovation.  Top of their list was to gain better function and storage in their Kitchen, as well as a more comfortable Living Room to spend quality time together.

As we dialogued more details on how they live their lives, it was clear that the comings and goings of this family’s hectic schedule and the requirements placed on this room necessitated that every detail, no matter how small would be thought through carefully to optimize every square inch. We looked to open things up and create a truly modern and effortless space they could thrive in.

It’s the seemingly small details - the Cabinetry organizers, corner pullouts, Mom’s Command centre with family Calendar & Homework organizer -  everything having it’s place that supports this Kitchen as the high functioning work horse that it is.

Visual comfort comes from the culmination of tonal Flat Panel Cabinetry, Matte finish Quartz Counters, high durability Vinyl floor Tile, minimalist brushed Chrome Hardware and shimmering Metallic Glass Backsplash Tile.   Getting those quiet details right- the proportions and balance working together the Kitchen has become a comfortable and relaxing space.
